1.Right click on the folder icon(or short cut icon) you want change,and select [Properties]

2.Go to the [Customize]tab (or [Shortcut]tab) and click on [change icon]button from the Properties window.

3.Click on Browse to select a different icon then those that already appear in the Change icon window.

4.After you found the icon that you prefer, select it, click on Open, then on OK and again on OK.

2.From the File menu, choose Get Info or press Command-I to open the Info window.

3.Click the icon in the upper-left corner of the Info window to select it.From the Edit menu, choose Copy or press Command-C

4.Select the volume, application, folder, or file whose icon you want to replace.

5.From the File menu, choose Get Info or press Command-I.Click the icon in the upper-left corner.

6.From the Edit menu, choose Paste or press Command-V to replace the icon.
